Requirements The practice area for this role will align closely with the operational requirements of the Pharmacy Department. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated ability to develop high quality written guidelines, procedures, educational, research or business materials. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, team building, influencing, conflict resolution and the building of a positive workplace culture. Proven ability and commitment to effectively rolemodel, champion and promote teamwork and to manage and develop staff (both formally and informally). Demonstrated skills and experience in managing a complex workload, problem solving and development and implementation of initiatives. Demonstrated commitment to professional development. Experience in a busy tertiary hospital setting, with paediatric experience desirable.
