CHU Restaurant by China Doll offers an elevated Pan-Asian dining experience, blending modern techniques with the flavours of Chinese, Japanese, Hong Kong and Southeast Asian cuisines. Someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Qualifications Proven experience working with Thai and/or Asian cuisine Experience using a wok and understanding of traditional cooking techniques Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced, highvolume kitchen Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation Excellent teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner Availability across 7 days, including nights, weekends and public holidays Full Australian working rights Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
