Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Parramatta office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative tasks. Working alongside the office coordinator, you will ensure seamless operations at front-of-house and create a welcoming environment that upholds our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Answer and direct all inbound calls professionally and promptly. Meet and greet clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Maintain a tidy and professional frontofhouse area. Manage reception emails and respond to inquiries efficiently. Oversee the key register and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Conduct general office stocktake and order stationery supplies as needed. Monitor and manage Google reviews, responding as appropriate. Assist in planning office events, such as the monthly breakfast. Assist with office social media scheduling to maintain online presence. Provide support to the Compliance Manager, Office Manager & Directors as required. Qualifications High attention to detail and a professional approach to all tasks. Strong ability to prioritise workload and show initiative. A proactive and solutionfocused mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive cando attitude. A Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain one.
