As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional frontofhouse support while ensuring the smooth daytoday running of the clinic. You will work closely with radiographers, sonographers and the wider clinic team to ensure patients receive efficient and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Welcoming patients and providing a professional first point of contact Managing patient bookings and appointment scheduling Registering patients and updating records within our systems Answering phone enquiries and assisting referrers and patients Managing Medicare and billing processesSupporting the clinical team with administrative tasks Ensuring the reception area and workflow runs efficiently About You We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
