Assistant Branch Manager Oversee & supervise daily store operations; support & develop your team to ensure firstclass customer experiences. About The Role Our Assistant Branch Managers support the Branch Manager with operations and the daytoday running of the branch; oversee and supervise a team of trade and industrial specialists, ensuring their success; maintain a safe workplace. Duties Include Coach, develop, and support a small team of trade, sales & packing team members to reach their full potential Provide sales and service to trade, industrial & mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge Manage & resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely & professional manner Build and maintain strong customer relationships Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
