Responsibilities Work from the head office, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend appointments Convert internet enquiry leads into sales by assisting customers with advice on house design selection, upgrades and options Assess and forward online enquiries to the relevant display teams Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations Provide exceptional customer service, manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor Complete sales documentation and paperwork to a high standard within required timeframes Collaborate with other departments within MJH and the NEX Building Group to deliver complete and correct documentation Meet clients on site at display centres when necessary Qualifications Outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication and interpersonal skills Passion for property, home design and living spaces At least one year of experience within the residential building industry, ideally with a project home builder or custom builder.
