A light vehicle mechanic ready to step up into heavy diesel A seasoned plant mechanic wanting to specialise An engine guru craving more complex builds youll be working on CAT engines, powertrains, final drives, and major components from some of the most iconic machines in the industry. Option Two Weekend warrior Friday to Monday Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday off every week! 12.5 hour shifts allowing you to accrue 5 weeks annual leave! What Youll Bring to the Workshop A recognised mechanical trade qualification (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, Plant Mechanic or similar) with a passion for handson component work. Experience in overhaul, rebuild or changeouts engine assembly or component rebuild skills highly regarded. A strong safety mindset with a commitment to doing the job right the first time. Adaptable, solutionsdriven attitude, with the drive to learn new skills and master CAT componentry. Teamfocused approach, thriving in a collaborative, highperformance workshop environment. Bonus licences & experience such as HRWL (Forklift/Dogging), exposure to Caterpillar equipment, and a valid Drivers Licence. Successful applicants will be required to complete a satisfactory National Criminal History Check and a PreEmployment Medical as part of the Recruitment Process.
