Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of the delivery of two exciting land lease community developments located in Cobram and Yarrawonga. This is a handson, sitebased role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the action and thrives on managing projects from design through to delivery. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the daytoday success of these communities. About the Role As the onsite Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of multiple project components across civil and builtform works. You will act as the central point of controlensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while keeping all stakeholders aligned. Key Responsibilities Oversee delivery of civil works in collaboration with the civil engineer (who will likely act as Superintendent) Manage the procurement and delivery of modular homes, including ordering, tracking factory progress, and coordinating installation through to handover Lead delivery of clubhouse facilities (Design & Construct contracts Cobram underway, Yarrawonga commencing soon) Coordinate landscaping works, including entry statements, pocket parks, and communal areas Manage design coordination across all project elements Oversee programme and budget management, including reporting and cost control Review and approve contractor claims and payments Act as the ontheground representative, ensuring quality, safety, and progress are maintained Work closely with internal teams across Development, Sales, and Operations Take ownership of the daytoday management of the developments About You Proven experience as a Project Manager within property or construction Strong background across civil and builtform projects Experience managing projects from design through to delivery Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams (civil, homes, landscaping, amenities) Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, programmes, and contracts Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously onsite Ideally based in, or willing to relocate to, regional Victoria Why Join Us?
