Reporting to the CFO, you will be supporting the finance function, overseeing reporting processes, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support commercial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and financial reporting processesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisProvide commercial insights to operational stakeholdersOversee balance sheet reconciliations and financial controlsAssist with audit, compliance, and statutory requirementsSupport continuous improvement of finance processes and systemsAbout YouCA or CPA qualifiedStrong technical accounting and reporting experiencePrior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central advantageousExperience working in a multi-site environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsRetail or consumer-facing industry experience is beneficialCulturePractical, collaborative and outcomes focused.
