Induction Hand - Prime City Feedlot Plant/Site: Prime City Feedlot Date Posted: 24 Mar 2026 About the Role The JBS Prime City Feedlot is currently recruiting for a highly motivated, experienced selfstarter to join our dedicated and experienced Livestock team. Your key responsibilities will include: Prepare and complete all necessary activities to induct new cattle into the feedlot, including weighing, administering animal treatments and conducting animal breed/type assessments Completing paperwork and documentation associated with entry cattle Cleaning of the feedlot receival holding pens Assisting the broader team with livestock handling across the feedlot Maintaining compliance with JBS Australia policies, including but not limited to: WHS, HR, QA, Animal Welfare & Environmental obligations About You Communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to animal welfare, health & nutrition Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and within a team environment Previous cattle handling skills would be favourable, however not essential as onthejob training is provided Ability and willingness to learn new skills in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment Why work for JBS?
