About The Role Power VidaCorps global growth as a Logistics Coordinator, where youll manage international shipments endtoend, ensure accurate documentation and ontime delivery, and collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and global 3PL partners. This is a pivotal role supporting supply chain efficiency today while helping establish logistics operations and supplier networks as we expand into new international markets. Role & Responsibilities Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, 3PL management, and import/export compliance requirements Handson experience with ERP/WMS systems for order management, inventory tracking, and data reconciliation Ability to manage crosstrade shipments and intercompany stock transfers while balancing regional inventory needs Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and monitoring logistics performance metrics High attention to detail with a focus on accurate documentation, compliance, and continuous process improvement Skills & Experience Minimum 2+ years experience in international logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination, including managing 3PL and freight providers Solid understanding of import/export processes and shipping documentation Experience using ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite highly regarded) Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced environment Relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain (desirable, not essential) Benefits Exclusive employee discounts via the DBG Health Employee Shop, including MCoBeauty, Esmi Skin Minerals, Nude by Nature, e.l.f.
