Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us!Join us at Middleton Grange Helping Hands, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part-time role offers 20 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills within this shared role with another Coordinator. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role.Youll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine)2:45-6:00pm (Stay and Play)About the roleAs an OSHC Coordinator, youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:Youll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.Youll take full ownership of your teams roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.Whats in it for you?Career growth & training Your path to management starts here! Heres what were looking for: A natural leader who enjoys building community and inclusion within the service. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with children with diverse support needs. A team player who inspires others and encourages growth. You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
