Overview Join Nine''s Finance Solutions team as a Finance Solutions Analyst (Concur/D365), where you will act as a critical bridge between Finance and Technology to optimise our expense management and ERP landscapes. In this high-impact role, you''ll provide expert first-line support and drive continuous system improvements, ensuring our financial processes are seamless, compliant, and future-ready. It is an exciting opportunity for a systems-savvy professional to influence financial integrity and user experience across a leading Australian media organisation. Day to day responsibilities Provide first-level support for D365, Concur, and credit card users, ensuring system issues and expense queries are resolved in line with service agreements. Maintain and update system configurations, including Concur workflows, delegations of authority, and the D365 Chart of Accounts. Manage month-end compliance tasks, such as billing processes, accruals, and source-to-ledger reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Oversee expense management integrity by auditing reports, managing aged balances, and coordinating credit card requests and limit updates. Collaborate with Group Technology and vendors to test and deploy system updates, proactively identifying technical issues before they impact the business. Develop and deliver training materials and functional documentation to upskill users and ensure finance systems are utilised effectively. What you''ll bring Technical expertise in D365 and Concur (or similar large-scale ERP and expense management systems) with a strong conceptual understanding of expense processes. Advanced analytical skills and Excel proficiency, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable financial insights. Solid knowledge of Australian compliance, specifically regarding GST, FBT, and ATO requirements. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business. A proactive, adaptable mindset with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
