Baxter Compounding Technician Pharmaceutical Join our team at the Old Toongabbie facility. This fulltime permanent role covers the 1:00pm9:00pm shift, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to perform overtime as required. Duties and Responsibilities: Picking and preparing raw materials Aseptically compounding (mixing) sterile solutions Packing finished units for each order, including final inspection of products Labelling and dispatching of prepared products Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Adhering to Baxters Standard Operating Procedures Other duties as required Essential Skills & Qualifications: High attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills Adaptability to shift work schedules Ability to assist in environments with defined procedures and protocols Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures Comfortable working within a cleanroom environment most of the day Consistent, accurate execution of repetitive tasks Basic mathematics understanding Effective verbal and written communication Experience in pharmacy, manufacturing, or warehousing an advantage Manual compounding experience highly regarded This Role Is Subject To: A preemployment medical including stringent vision screening (GMP requirement), background and reference checks Training/Orientation: Approximately 35 months of training during shift times ranging between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
