About the role Are you experienced in hydro generation and ready to make a real impact? Join Origins Shoalhaven team as a Mechanical Plant Technician and help keep our renewable energy assets running at peak performance. Youll be part of a skilled, supportive crew maintaining one of Australias key hydro facilities where safety, reliability, and innovation come first. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, maintenance, and faultfinding on hydro generation equipment Operate and maintain plant systems safely and efficiently Support and lead outages, overhauls, and commissioning activities Coordinate with contractors and contribute to project delivery Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Ensure isolation and safe access to plant responsibilities What will you bring?
