Responsibilities Conduct site visits, observe service interactions, capture photographic evidence, and submit detailed reports on customer service experience. Meet assignment deadlines and communicate updates as required. Follow instructions and request assistance when necessary. Skills & Tech Needed Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written English Keen observation skills and a sharp memory Access to a computer (or laptop/tablet), email, and reliable internet A smartphone for capturing photos as proof of visit Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively when things change Strong ability to follow instructions, then ask for help when necessary Compensation Compensation varies for each assignment, generally ranging from $20 to $50 for onsite visits and $15 to $30 for phone calls.
