Opportunity A Corporate Advisory Supervisor will provide advice and expertise to Directors across the firm, building their own referral network and advising on a range of corporate advisory transactions, including business and equity valuations, independent expert reports (IERs), purchase price allocations, M&As, IPOs, financial due diligence, accountant report investigations, equity capital raisings, private equity, bank prelending and financial modelling. About You Minimum of 5 years experience in a Chartered firm, of which at least 3 years experience is in corporate advisory (due diligence, valuation and IERs, financial modelling, buy or sell side advisory). Completed a postgraduate qualification, e.g., the CA program. Excellent understanding of technical issues such as changes to legislation, valuations and accounting standards. Advanced research skills using S&P Capital IQ, IBIS World and SAI Global. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
