We are a modern global creative and media agency, operating as a social-first, integrated marketing partner. We help brands stay relevant by translating audience insight into strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Our work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people engage with content, platforms, and brands in a rapidly evolving media landscape. About the Role This dual-capacity position requires a blend of high-level strategic planning and hands-on operational execution to support our expanding presence in Australia. As a primary people partner, you will lead the implementation of regional HR initiatives, ensuring functional excellence while scaling local processes to support a high-growth environment. The successful candidate will act as a critical liaison, balancing specific departmental requirements with broader regional objectives to foster a productive and cohesive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary advisor to leadership and staff on talent acquisition, retention strategies, and professional development. Design and oversee the execution of core people programs, including 360-degree reviews, performance management, and leadership coaching. Architect comprehensive organizational strategies covering workforce planning, succession management, and compensation frameworks. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including refined onboarding procedures, internal transitions, and departure protocols. Ensure absolute compliance with local labor regulations while proactively mitigating organizational risk through expert knowledge of Australian employment law. Facilitate conflict resolution and provide mediation support to maintain healthy team dynamics and performance. Coordinate with external specialists and vendors to manage payroll, benefits administration, and policy development. Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications Approximately 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within a strategic Business Partner capacity. Proven background working within fastpaced sectors such as professional services, creative agencies, or technology startups. Comprehensive mastery of Australian employment legislation and best practices in industrial relations. Strong proficiency in G Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel, along with experience using HR reporting systems. Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a matrixed global organization while managing complex stakeholder relationships. Professional coaching certification is considered a significant advantage. Experience overseeing outsourced payroll providers and integrating financial or project management workflows is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of executing detailed administrative tasks alongside highlevel project management.
