Overview We''re on the hunt for a retail casual to join our Eva Surry Hills House. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, youll play an integral part in all things sales and operations, bringing a thoughtful approach to the ultimate furniture shopping experience. Our grand vision is to create a unique furniture shopping experience, moving away from stale showrooms to cosy, luxurious yet approachable spaces. As a people person, you''ll flex your sales skills within a dynamic, fastpaced directtoconsumer startup, and fuel your passion for interiors and making customers smile. Responsibilities Provide exceptional thoughtful customer service and support to help Eva customers on their journey to purchase Eva products Assist customers with their purchasing journey by undertaking tasks such as stock checks, providing support or colour material and fabric choice, advise on delivery timeframes and quotes (if any) Assist customers with any postpurchase queries regarding their Eva product, and proactively working with other departments to find solutions for customers. Administration tasks including emailing customers, answering and transferring phone calls, processing orders both in person and over the phone. Assist in implementing instore campaigns, promotions and product displays as required. Ensure the showroom is presentable at all times, this includes fluffing sofa cushions, sweeping or vacuuming the floor (if required), changing water in vases, wiping mirrors or any glass. Ensure the workplace is kept tidy at all times, this includes shared and backofhouse spaces.
