Custodian Vaults Client Services Executive Pallion is the largest precious metal services group in Australasia and a top 5 Australian private group of companies. This multinational group operates facilities throughout Australia, Hong Kong, and mainland China. Pallion designs, manufactures and distributes precious metal products and related services. Pallion entities offer the following services: Bullion; Refining and Minting; Casting and Jewellery; Fabricated Metals; Findings and Vaulting. Custodian Vaults offers personal safety deposit boxes for clients to hire in a secure storage location. The Role A fantastic opportunity has become available within our Custodian Vaults area of the business. We are currently seeking a Client Services Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to General Manager Custodian Vaults, the purpose of your role is to utilize your people skills by assisting clients with any queries, and ensuring the highest level of service is provided. Prestigious offices for a prestigious brand Sydney CBD Location Answer all incoming phone calls and emails. Assist clients via phone, email and inperson regarding services we provide. Manage and efficiently address all existing client queries. Maintain the leasing renewal system. Assist clients with all queries regarding precious metals purchases, sales and holdings. Assist with preparing reports. Conduct sales & serviceoriented vault tours. Assist with daily outbound sales calls to potential clients. Liaise with internal accounts/marketing/IT departments, service providers and suppliers as required. Complete compliance checks on all clients via Trulioo/Veda systems. Assist Accounts team with calling overdue accounts. Manage client insurance log and send certificates to clients once received. Developing growth strategies and plans. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Writing business proposals. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. About you Previous experience in a client services or customer service environment. Strong attention to detail and highly organised. Teamwork, with a positive demeanour and attitude to exceed expectations. Follow project tasks and daytoday duties through to completion. Intermediate Excel skills and Microsoft Office skills.
