About this opportunity ICC Sydney are looking for talented Fulltime and Casual Riggers and Rigging Assistants to work within our Rigging team. In these roles, you will deliver worldclass corporate, exhibition and live events across the entire ICC Sydney precinct, including the TikTok Entertainment Centre, Darling Harbour Theatre, Pyrmont Theatre, the Grand Ballroom and over 35,000sqm of exhibition floor space. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Working as part of a team to prepare, install, and pack down rigging equipment Interpreting rigging plans and accurately marking out rigging points Building and installing truss, motors, production equipment, and event theming throughout the venue Leading and supporting teams to safely deliver rigging solutions across a wide range of event types Carrying out rigging work from catwalks and EWPs as required Ensuring all highrisk work is completed safely and in accordance with ICC Sydney policies, procedures, and WHS requirements Why ICC Sydney ICC Sydney offers more than just a job we provide the chance to be part of something extraordinary. Required Skills & Experience Whether you are an experienced, licensed rigger or someone looking to begin a career in rigging as a Rigging Assistant, we encourage you to apply. Experienced Event Riggers must hold, as a minimum, a Basic Rigging Licence and a current EWP licence. Candidates at the beginning of their rigging career will work alongside our licensed riggers as a Rigging Assistant, gaining handson experience until qualified and inducted into highrisk work areas.
