The opportunity We are seeking a Sales Operations CoOrdinator to provide endtoend operational, administrative and commercial support to our Corporate Accounts team and Key Account Managers (KAMs). This role plays a critical part in enabling sales effectiveness by ensuring accurate data, smooth account operations and timely resolution of customer and internal queries. Working closely with sales, finance, supply chain and customer service, you will be the goto support for corporate and independent customers, helping to deliver a consistent, reliable and highquality experience for our key partners. What you will do Support the onboarding and setup of new corporate accounts, including pricing, documentation and contract compliance Maintain accurate customer and pricing data in SAP/EPI, including online and template requests Act as firstline operational support for KAMs, managing daytoday enquiries such as orders, back orders, quotes, ETAs, credits and pricing Monitor and resolve operational issues including invoices, freight queries, order exceptions and contract compliance Provide product support, including product information, alternatives, catalogue updates and communication of changes Maintain documentation, support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What we are looking for Experience in sales operations, customer service or account coordination roles Exposure to corporate or key account environments (highly regarded) Strong ERP/CRM capability, with SAP and/or EPI experience preferred Confident Excel skills and the ability to work with reports and data accurately Excellent communication, organisation and problemsolving skills A calm, customerfirst approach with the ability to collaborate across teams Benefits This is a unique opportunity to work in a company where you are valued, given the recognition you deserve and suitably rewarded for your hard work.
