We donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought through our Plate 4 Plate initiative. What Youll Do Lead the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations. Assist in managing the team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering and resolving any employee issues. Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard. Assist with ordering stock from suppliers. Assist with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and policy reviews. Manage daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant. Ensure safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are trained in Workplace Health and Safety. What Youll Bring Previous assistant restaurant management experience.
