What Youll Be Doing Working across a mix of operational delivery and continuous improvement, youll oversee our core business platforms and ERP environment, ensuring reliable, secure and cost-effective IT operations across networks, devices and cloud services. You''ll maintain business continuity and tested recovery practices, as well as identify opportunities for automation and practical AI adoption that improve productivity across the business. Youll partner closely with leaders and operational teams, providing escalation support, setting technical standards that support consistent venue technical delivery. The role also involves managing key technology vendors and contractors, and a small head office IT team. What Were Looking For Wereseeking a pragmatic technology professional who enjoys solvingreal businessproblemsand translating strategy into operational reality. Youll likely bring: 710 years relevant IT experience with operational ownership Exposure to Microsoft ecosystems such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Power BI (advantageous) Experience supporting IT within multi-site or operations-focused environments Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, vendormanagementand backup/recovery practices A calm, proactive and collaborative approach Why Cliftons?
