This role involves strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence individuals to drive operational objectives and KPIs, ensure financial viability and adherence to budget and sound business acumen to grow both the CatholicCare and Rosewood Centre brands across the diocese in accordance with the strategic plan.The role will be required to actively engage in organisational strategic development through effective networking and community partnerships and will work closely with and be supported by several Team Leaders and Managers to ensure practice and casework across the programs is sound and delivered in line with legislation, meets APRHA standards (where applicable), contractual obligations (where applicable) and in accordance with budget.
