Alongside our core brand, our private label WILO division designs and supplies high-volume, commercially driven collections to leading international retail partners across active (womens and mens), swimwear and lifestyle accessories. This role will play an important part in supporting that next stage of growth. THE ROLE This is an apparel-focused Graphic Designer role working across both ALLFENIX and WILO. You will be responsible for developing garment graphics, engineered prints and packaging artwork from concept through to supplier-ready production files. The role sits within the product development workflow and works closely with designers, garment technicians and production to ensure graphics translate correctly from screen to finished garment. This role suits someone who enjoys developing original graphic ideas as much as preparing production-ready artwork. WHAT YOU WILL DO Garment Graphics & Print Development Develop original garment graphics, slogan concepts and typography-led artwork aligned to the ALLFENIX and WILO customer Create placement graphics, logo applications and engineered artwork across apparel categories Design seamless repeat prints for garment production Scale and position artwork correctly across garment blocks and graded sizes Prepare production-ready artwork across multiple fabric print applications including screen print, digital print, sublimation and heat transfer Ensure artwork translates accurately from Illustrator to finished garment Design packaging across both ALLFENIX and WILO including hangtags, swing tags, labels, tissue and mailers Prepare supplier-ready files with correct colour profiles, bleed, resolution and specifications Support trim artwork including labels and branded components Production Artwork Support Work closely with designers and garment technicians to ensure correct artwork placement on styles Prepare artwork files aligned with factory requirements and production timelines Maintain organised artwork libraries and version control across seasons and programs Support multiple categories across both branded and private label product WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are both creative and technical. You can generate original graphic ideas, typography treatments and slogan concepts that feel relevant to our customer. You understand what makes graphics work on garments and how they translate into something people actually want to wear. You are confident drawing, building artwork from scratch and developing concepts beyond logo placement or basic print setup. At the same time, you understand how to prepare files properly for production and how graphics behave once printed onto fabric. You are comfortable working across both branded product and private label programs and can adjust your graphic language depending on the customer and retail partner. 3+ years experience in apparel graphic design Strong Illustrator and Photoshop capability Ability to generate original slogan graphics and typography concepts Confident drawing and developing artwork from scratch Strong understanding of the ALLFENIX customer and contemporary apparel graphic direction relevant to her Proven experience creating seamless repeat prints for garment production Understanding of different print applications onto fabric including screen print, sublimation, heat transfer and digital print Packaging artwork experience within fashion, accessories or lifestyle preferred Strong file organisation and version control discipline Comfortable working across multiple categories at once What we offer Generous staff discount on ALLFENIX product.
