Care Connect is seeking dedicated, female* Home Care Support Workers to provide inhome support to our clients in Blacktown & surrounding areas. About the Role As a Home Care Support Worker, you will deliver a range of essential services: domestic duties (cleaning & laundry), personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation and mobility assistance within the home and local community. Most importantly, you will provide care and support to your clients, prioritising their wellbeing at all times. Key Skills & Qualifications A fantastic attitude, great active listening skills and genuine interest in helping others Certificate III (Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability OR Home and Community Care), or Bachelor/Dip of Nursing (or completed firstyear study towards it) Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is essential First Aid and CPR certificate (required to commence work) Excellent communications skills with good spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages would be welcomed To be considered, you must have full Australian working rights, current Police & Working With Children Checks (we can arrange checks for successful candidates).
