About the gig Reporting to the Kauai Store Manager and Team Supervisor, you''ll be a cafeall rounder by preparing recipes, drinks, providing heartfelt service and ensuring cleanliness in the cafe. In a nutshell Youll prepare the cafe working area by cleaning equipment, utensils and dishes regularly. Youll prepare orders as per order slips (drinks, smoothies, coffees and healthy wraps and salads are on the menu). Youll take orders from customers and provide them with the absolute best service. Youll work collaboratively in a team with other crew members. Youll practice clean as you go at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store. Youll be on top of all cafe promotions, standards and specifications. All about you You have aligned experience working as a cafeall rounder for at least 6 months. A+ for you. You are fantastic at food preparation and have basic knife handling, ingredient assembly and food hygiene skills. Youre comfortable working with a 7day rotating roster. You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all. You are people focused. Youre warm, honest and genuine and are able to follow instructions clearly. You are selfassured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you''re comfortable communicating at all levels. You dont get flustered easily. You love working in a fastpaced environment. Youre comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to deliver. You have a cando approach. You think on your feet. Youre cool with ambiguity, and you roll with the punches when things change.
