Exploration Field Technician | Mt Clement Black Cat Syndicate Limited is seeking an Exploration Field Technician to join our exploration team at Mt Clement, supporting active field programs across the project area. This is a practical, handson role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of exploration success, and contributing directly to field activities in a supportive team environment. If youre reliable, safetyfocused and enjoy working as part of a closeknit exploration crew, this role offers solid experience and the opportunity to grow within a leading gold producer. The Opportunity Reporting to the Project Exploration Geologist, youll support daily exploration activities in the field, assisting with drilling programs, sampling, mapping support and general site works. This role is well suited to a motivated fieldbased professional who values doing things well and enjoys contributing to an organised and fastmoving exploration program. Key Responsibilities Assist with RC and/or diamond drilling programs Support sampling activities, including soil, rock chip and drill sample handling Maintain accurate sample records and assist with QA/QC processes Assist with drill pad preparation, rehab and general field tasks Support geological mapping and data collection activities Maintain field equipment and vehicles as required About You You approach your work with a strong safety focus, are reliable, and are comfortable operating in remote exploration environments. Ideally, youll bring: Previous experience in mineral exploration field work (preferred but not essential) A strong safetyfirst mindset and willingness to learn Good communication skills and a teamfocused approach Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing field conditions Ability to work FIFO and support sitebased exploration rosters Why Join Black Cat?
