Role Summary As a Clinical Success Manager you will collaborate on sales strategies, identify customer challenges, and craft a compelling value message. The role is remote with the employee based in Sydney, AUS. Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned clinical customers, serve as primary point of contact for support and guidance, understand needs, and foster longterm partnerships. Training and Onboarding: Facilitate training sessions and onboarding for new users of TeraRecon software, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze customer engagement metrics, maintain regular communication about adoption trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Issue Resolution & Support: Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, involving appropriate staff as needed. Churn Prevention & Retention: Identify atrisk accounts, develop strategies to mitigate churn, and drive retention and growth among valuable customers. Customer Engagement Initiatives: Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews, conduct health checks, and promote advocacy opportunities such as case studies and testimonials. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to support pilots, renewals, and product enhancements, and represent customer insights. Process Improvement: Optimize existing processes, design and configure data and clinical workflows, and perform routine health checks and business reviews. Resource Management: Coordinate resources across the TeraRecon organization to support customer needs and ensure readiness for training. Documentation & Reporting: Log information in required systems, prepare regular reports on performance and feedback, and communicate ROI to clients. Enhanced Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer data and usage patterns, translate insights into actionable strategies, and conduct sentiment analysis. Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions, influence the product roadmap, and collaborate with the product team to integrate feedback. Qualifications and Experience 8+ years handson CT/MR background with ARRT certification. 2+ years education and/or clinical training experience in advanced visualization or medical AI. Ability to demonstrate value versus features and functionality. Deep understanding of clinical imaging workflows and challenges. Experience presenting to large audiences, webinars, and stage events. Exceptional communication skills with business decisionmakers and clinicians. Proven relationshipbuilding and ability to drive engagement of new technology. Strong sales mindset, resultsdriven, high emotional intelligence, resilient character. Comfortable with dynamic environment, selfstarter, multitasking, and traveling up to 5065%. Education Bachelors Degree in Radiography/Imaging (required). CT or MR postgraduate certification or equivalent experience (required). Masters degree in business or healthcare related field (desirable). Salary and Benefits Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
