Consultant Paediatrician - Coastal Regional VIC Are you ready for a rewarding sea change and the opportunity to make a real impact in paediatric care? We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician to join a regional health service located in a beautiful part of coastal Victoria. The Opportunity In this role, you will join a collegiate team of paediatric specialists providing high-quality care across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and community settings. The service includes: A Level 4 Obstetrics unit with approximately 430 births annually A Level 3 Special Care Nursery Around 650 general paediatric admissions per year Over 16,000 ED presentations, with around 25% being paediatric cases A wellestablished community paediatric clinic running five days per week Outreach consulting services provided to surrounding areas You will work alongside up to four Consultant Paediatricians, a Paediatric Registrar (Advanced Trainee), and a HMO, with strong links to regional referral services. About You To be considered, you must: Hold current registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain) Be a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Paediatrics Have extensive experience in general paediatrics across both community and hospital settings Be confident in neonatal resuscitation and general neonatology Internationally trained applicants are welcome to apply, provided they have completed their RACP assessment and received the outcome.
