Responsibilities Lead reflective practice and support high-quality program planning and documentation Build educator capability through guidance, collaboration, and mentoring Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements Collaborate with Room Leaders to deliver an innovative, inquiry-driven curriculum Observe and document childrens learning to support personalised development pathways Create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments Build strong, respectful partnerships with families and the wider community Contribute to a reflective, inclusive team culture and engage in ongoing professional development The ideal candidate will have Strong understanding of child-led and inquiry-based learning methodologies, with a genuine commitment to the Reggio Emilia philosophy and best practice in early childhood education. Proven experience in early childhood settings, with a passion for supporting young childrens emotional, social, and cognitive development through creative and engaging teaching approaches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues, children, families, and the wider community. Highly organised and adaptable, demonstrating strong time management, attention to detail, resilience, and openness to continuous professional development. A patient, empathetic, and nurturing team player who contributes positively to planning, fosters an inclusive environment, and responds flexibly to change and new challenges. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education ACECQA-approved qualifications. A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
