About the role Bio-Cosmetics Lab is seeking a full-time Process Worker to join our team in Smeaton Grange. As a Process Worker, you will play a crucial role in our Assembly & Process Work operations, contributing to the efficient and highquality production of our industryleading cosmetic products. What Youll Be Doing Operate equipment and machinery including assisting with setting up, monitoring, inspecting, and cleaning the machinery for filling, labelling, and packing skincare products. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product consistency and quality. Perform quality checks on inprocess items and finished goods. Assemble product packaging, packing products in boxes and stacking them onto pallets, carts or trolleys, preparing products for dispatch. Check products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Accurately record production data and report any inconsistencies or defects. Comply with workplace health and safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production deadlines and targets. Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment of packaging supplies. About You Previous experience in manufacturing or picking and packing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry. Understanding of hygiene and GMP requirements. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Demonstrates a high level of reliability and punctuality, consistently meeting attendance expectations and delivering work on time. Strong work ethic and a great attitude.
