Must know how to read payslips, tax return & financials. Must know how to verify applicant information and living expenses. Must be experienced with multiproperty clients and selfemployed clients. Must have experience actively finding solutions for clients via researching lender policy and workshopping scenarios with BDMs. Extensive experience handling entire lending process from information gathering stage to settlement. Core responsibilities: Review loan applications and supporting documents. Verify applicant information and documentation. Coordinate with underwriters/creditors to ensure timely processing. Communicate with customers to request additional information if needed. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
