Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive Regular Giving strategy, driving sustainable income growth and maximising supporter lifetime value. Design and optimise best-in-class supporter journeys, delivering personalised, engaging, and impact-led experiences that build long-term loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to drive cross-sell opportunities and multi-channel engagement across the broader fundraising portfolio. Oversee the planning and execution of Regular Giving campaigns from concept through to performance analysis and continuous improvement. Use data, insights, and advanced analytics to inform decision-making, optimise performance, and identify new opportunities for growth. Manage significant program budgets, ensuring strong financial performance, ROI, Net Profit and effective forecasting and risk management. Lead external agency partnerships and internal stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality, integrated fundraising outcomes. Drive innovation across channels, propositions, and technologies, embedding a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve results. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Contribute to broader organisational strategy and fundraising initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. About You Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Fundraising, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Strong expertise in Regular Giving, direct marketing, or multi-channel fundraising with a track record of delivering income growth. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Warm, compassionate, and friendly approach to supporting our young people. Benefits Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free). 5 Weeks Annual Leave (FTE) + 17.5% leave loading + pay during our annual office closure week. Employment Expectations Successfully complete and maintain a current National Police Check and Working with Child Check relevant to the individuals state jurisdiction.
