This is a pivotal role supporting supply chain efficiency today while helping establish logistics operations and supplier networks as we expand into new international markets. Role & ResponsibilitiesProven experience coordinating international shipments across multiple markets, ensuring on-time, cost-effective deliveryStrong knowledge of freight forwarding, 3PL management, and import/export compliance requirementsHands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems for order management, inventory tracking, and data reconciliationAbility to manage cross-trade shipments and intercompany stock transfers while balancing regional inventory needsStrong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and monitoring logistics performance metricsHigh attention to detail with a focus on accurate documentation, compliance, and continuous process improvement Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2+ years experience in international logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination, including managing 3PL and freight providersSolid understanding of import/export processes and shipping documentationExperience using ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite highly regarded)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentRelevant tertiary qualification in supply chain (desirable, not essential) BenefitsExclusive employee discounts via the DBG Health Employee Shop, including MCoBeauty, Esmi Skin Minerals, Nude by Nature, e.l.f.
