About the Role Reporting to the Educational Services Delivery Manager in the Faculty of Arts, you will lead and develop the Course/Education Support team, with direct reports including Course/Education Support Officers. As Team Leader, you will provide leadership, performance management, and professional development to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Your focus will be on delivering a high-quality, student-centred service that supports the full lifecycle of courses and enhances the faculty''s education offerings, working in close partnership with academic and central teams. Key responsibilities include: Leading, developing, and managing the Course & Education Support team to deliver consistent, high-quality, student-centred services across course and student lifecycle activities. Acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for Course Directors, Directors of Education, and Heads of School on course- and education-related support matters. Coordinating and delivering course-level education lifecycle processes, including orientation, onboarding, timetabling, and implementation of strategic course initiatives, in collaboration with Faculty Educational Services teams. Providing leadership on complex student lifecycle matters, working with the Educational Services Delivery Manager, Student Case Management, and other University stakeholders to identify and implement resolution options. Building and maintaining effective working relationships across the faculty and broader University to support seamless course and unit delivery. Partnering with central service areas, such as Student Shared Services, to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, compliance, and the student experience. Supporting a positive team culture through performance development, workload planning, and capability building aligned with university values. About You You are a proactive, people-focused leader with a strong understanding of the higher education environment. You are comfortable navigating complexity, engaging with senior stakeholders, and leading teams to deliver outcomes in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
