Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, youll be the go-to expert for our customers across the Southwest region. Based out of our Bunbury branch, this fulltime, permanent role is all about diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Caterpillar equipment, and providing high quality warranty support. What Youll Do Attending customer sites and diagnosing equipment faults Performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing on mining and marine equipment Managing work orders and warranty support Driving Product Improvement Plans and Support Programs Safety focused while helping our customers meet their reliability targets Skills and Experience An Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate A valid Australian drivers license (LR minimum) High Risk Work Licenses (LF, DG, WP, WAH) Refrigerant Handling License - Desirable Diagnostic experience utilising CAT SIS & CAT ET Roster Options 9 Days On, 5 Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of 30 minute unpaid meal break) 10 Days On, 4 Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of 30 minute unpaid meal break) Relocation Package Relocation Allowance Flights & Accommodation Relocation of Goods Benefits Financial Benefits Paid Parental Leave & Secondary Carers Leave, Salary Sacrificing, Novated Leasing, Income Protection Insurance & more than 600 retail discounts such as Coles, Petbarn, Virgin, HOYTS & Crown.
