What Youll Do Working across both dispensary and clinical areas, youll be providing handson clinical pharmacy services and supporting patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be working alongside a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. This environment is ideal for strengthening your clinical capability while gaining valuable hospital dispensary experience. Key responsibilities Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation Dispensing and supplying medications and pharmacy productsCoordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions and discharge Building professional relationships with key stakeholders to support highquality patient care Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees Educating and advising staff and patients on medicine use, health promotion and disease prevention What Youll Bring Youre an adaptable pharmacist with strong communication and interpersonal skills, whos comfortable working independently and prioritising workload to deliver safe, highquality care.
