What Youll Be Doing The Receptionist is located at our front desk alongside our second Receptionist. They are responsible for greeting visitors to Office Solutions IT, answer and manage phone calls, managing our meeting room and morning tea, arranging our monthly lunch awards, organise office orders and collaborating on fun events and functions! They are responsible for making an excellent first impression, through the delivery of exceptional customer service, a welcoming smile, and a friendly demeanor. The Receptionist Is Also Responsible For Welcoming visitors to Reception, directing them accordingly, offering a beverage on arrival. Answering all inbound calls professionally and actioning accordingly. Upkeep of office environment always ensuring tidy and presentable. This includes Reception, meeting rooms, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms and maintaining plants. Logging maintenance requests. Assisting the Office and Admin Manager with WHS tasks. Receive and distribute all mail and deliveries within the business. Ordering and stocking all office consumables and equipment such as stationery, groceries and other consumables. Run weekly errands as required including attending the shops, bank and post office. Monthly management of Petty Cash. Arrange and execute office morning teas and lunches as required. Assisting Business Services Team with administration tasks as required and directed. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Team and Directors, as required and directed. Friendly, relaxed disposition. A team player who is also confident working unsupervised. Experience A minimum of 2 years'' experience as a Receptionist. Intermediate level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite (namely Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher). Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (funded by the business).
