You play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of residents while adhering to healthcare protocols and standards. Responsibilities Deliver highquality care to elderly residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Monitor and report on residents health and wellbeing. Support residents with daily living activities. What youll bring You are resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patientcentred care. Current EN registration with AHPRA. Experience in aged care preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patientfocused approach. Required Evidence A current Police Record Check.
