Lead the regional distribution strategy for a significant logistics portfolio to drive operational excellence & profitability for Subway franchisees Whats the opportunity This job is about managing the vital infrastructure that powers over 3 million pallet movements a year across a complex network. As the Distribution Sourcing Lead, you will take the lead on finding, choosing and managing the 21+ distributions centres and logistics partners that keep the Subway network moving across Asia-Pacific. You will step into a senior, highly autonomous position that is responsible for the overarching strategy of sourcing logistics providers (3PL/4PL) and freight forwarders while ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. What youll do Lead Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute strategic distribution sourcing plans for 3PL,4PL and freight forwarding providers that align with global objectives. Negotiate Best-Value Contracts: Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure contracts that optimize costs while fulfilling strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Supplier Governance: Manage a diverse network of logistics vendors, running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monitoring performance/KPIs. Risk & Resilience: Leverage business intelligence and data to identify trends and risks within the landscape, developing mitigation strategies to prevent network disruption. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the critical conduit between operations, finance, and regional hubs in Singapore and Korea to resolve escalations. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify commercial opportunities and technical improvements, such as enhancing EDI and GS1 data integration. What youll bring to the role IPC International are looking for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being on the tools when navigating complex supply chain data. Industry Expertise: Essential experience (5+ years) in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Logistics sourcing: preferably within QSR, Food, or FMCG. 3PL/4PL Mastery: Deep understanding of 3rd & 4th party logistics and managing complex vendor-managed systems. Strategic Procurement Excellence: Proven experience in the "source to contract" process for significant spend portfolios. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Analytical Mindset: The ability to use data to drive commercial recommendations and manage technical data talking points (EDI/GS1). Resilience & Communication: A proactive communicator who can manage a matrix of internal and external stakeholders, from local operation teams to Franchise owners.
