Job Description Join us at Tuart Forest OSHClub, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, parttime role offers 34 hours per week, including 4 noncontact admin hours. Youll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-8:30am (Rise then Shine); 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play); 7:00am 6:00pm (School Holiday Program). Why JAG? About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before and afterschool program for children aged 512 years. This role is all about leadership: Youll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. Youll take full ownership of your teams roster, manage daytoday operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
