Job Description

Your opportunity:As a Customer Value Manager, you will design, deliver and optimise datadriven customer lifecycle and value management initiatives across Vodafone Business B2B segments. The role owns endtoend customer journeysfrom onboarding through growth, retention and renewalusing insights, analytics and experimentation to drive adoption, engagement, retention and ARPU uplift. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital and Analytics teams to deliver multichannel, triggerbased lifecycle campaigns with strong commercial impact.Youll make impact by:Drive analyticsled customer value management by evaluating performance, deriving insights and translating them into clear value strategies and actionable delivery plans.Design, develop and deliver endtoend customer lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention and winback.Translate business priorities and customer insights into clear CVM plans and briefs.Build endtoend customer lifecycle journeys, including those for key stages and trigger/propensitybased segments.Work crossfunctionally with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital, IT and Analytics to progress delivery.Stakeholder leadership: Orchestrate crossfunctional delivery with Product, Sales, Digital, Care/Contact Centre and Legal/Compliance.What youll bring:58+ years experience in Customer Value Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, CRM or datadriven marketing.Strong experience in analyticsdriven Customer Value / Lifecycle Management, translating performance data into clear strategies and action plans.Demonstrated commercial acumen, with experience improving KPIs such as conversion, retention, ARPU and lifetime value.Proven experience delivering multistage lifecycle campaigns across different customer segments.Handson experience with enterprise marketing platforms (e.g. SAS, Salesforce or similar), including triggerbased and propensitydriven journeys.What''s in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office).Stay Connected Mobile Access to a free mobile plan.Stay Connected NBN Access to a free, highspeed NBN plan (up to 500Mbps).Your Leave an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like every year.Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities.Access to Corporate Partner Discounts.Come join us and build a better future.
