About The Role As a Customer Success Specialist reporting to an experienced Customer Success Leader, you will develop deep product mastery to become the primary specialist for our flagship platforms: the marketleading RealTime Agent and our bespoke realestate proposal tool, Engage. Maintaining pre and postsale relationships, you will provide inperson and virtual product training to our RealEstate Agency customers to ensure products are well integrated and help to ensure that productroadmap features align with customer needs. In a Typical Day You Can Expect To Provide product training to explain functionality and ensure solutions are well integrated into clients businesses. Manage relationships at every stage from planning, design and delivery through to ongoing projects such as rebrands. Onboard new branches within client businesses and ensure smooth integrations. Conduct webinars, plan and deliver rollouts of product updates to explain new features. Answer customer questions on product features, and work with internal teams to troubleshoot any tricky problems. Assist with retention of valuable customers at renewal and collaborate with Solutions Leaders and sales teams to service customers at scale. Analyse data to identify risks and opportunities for sales. Facilitate sharing of client feedback with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to align product improvements with customer needs. Essentials Our Ideal Person Proven experience within the Real Estate industry or the SaaS sector. Excellent customer service and relationshipbuilding skills. Proven ability to embed products and services at customer level. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and work well in a fastpaced environment. Demonstrated business and commercial acumen with financial awareness. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions aligned to client needs. Techsavvy with accurate administrative skills.
