Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Product Management PMO to be the operational backbone for our APAC product portfolio. You will play a critical role in bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to our product initiatives, ensuring our current product lines are managed effectively and new projects are driven by market needs. CANDIDATE PROFILE Key Responsibilities Maintain a single source of truth for the APAC product portfolio, tracking status, performance, and resources across current product lines. Facilitate portfolio review meetings and governance forums (e.g., stage-gates) to ensure strategic alignment and decision-making. Planning & Execution Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones for New Product Development (NPD) and Design-to-Value (DTV) initiatives. Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive accountability to keep key projects on schedule. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the central liaison between Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams across the APAC region. Organize and lead regular cross-functional syncs. Ensure clear, timely communication of status updates, decisions, and action items to all stakeholders. Insight-Driven Project Support Work with Product Managers to translate customer insights and market intelligence from Marketing into clear project briefs and requirements for NPD/DTV. Help prioritize projects based on strategic value, resource capacity, and market opportunity. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in a PMO, project coordination, or portfolio support role, preferably within product development, manufacturing, or a related industry. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence) and MS Office Suite. Superior cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and cultures in APAC. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with or understanding of stage-gate processes, portfolio management, and product lifecycle management.
