What Youll Do Lead the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring high-quality, personcentred care Drive performance in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational goals Oversee care planning and clinical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy Build, coach and develop a high-performing team Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture Manage workforce planning and resources to ensure sustainable operations Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community What Youll Bring Proven experience in a leadership role within aged care (Residential Care Manager or similar) Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A passion for delivering high-quality, personcentred care Why Join IRT?
