Our client is a growing residential builder delivering high-quality homes and developments across Sydney. Were looking for an experienced Building Designer / Senior Draftsperson to play a key role in producing and coordinating documentation across a strong pipeline of projects. This is a fast-paced, handson role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to construction documentation. The Role Youll be responsible for producing and coordinating detailed architectural documentation across lowrise residential and project home developments, while working closely with internal teams, consultants, and offshore drafting resources. Key Responsibilities Produce highquality ArchiCAD documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and details Coordinate design information with consultants (structural, hydraulic, surveyors, planners, etc.) Review and update drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and construction teams Ensure all documentation aligns with Australian Standards & NCC requirements Liaise with and manage offshore drafting teams, providing markups and direction Contribute to design development, including concept sketches and 3D models Prepare building specifications, materials, and finishes Attend design and coordination meetings as required About You 5+ years experience in residential drafting/design Strong ArchiCAD proficiency (essential) Background in project home builders, construction, or fastpaced architectural environments Proven experience coordinating with consultants (structural, hydraulic, etc.) Experience managing or coordinating offshore drafting teams is highly regarded Solid understanding of NCC and Australian building standards Strong communication and organisational skills Able to work both independently and within a team Why Join?
