Based in Urana but working across the Federation Council area, this role provides an opportunity to drive a Water Cart and contribute to road and infrastructure maintenance. Responsibilities Operate heavy plant including water carts, rollers, tractors, and MR/HR trucks. Perform daily minor servicing, pre-start safety checks, and keep fleet in top shape. Transport plant and materials safely to job sites. Manage traffic control duties with professional signage and barriers. Keep accurate timesheets and report any asset faults to the Team Leader promptly. Qualifications Current and valid Heavy Combination (HC) licence. Demonstrated experience in road maintenance or construction. Construction Induction (White Card). NSW Traffic Management Certificates or ability to obtain within 3 months of starting. Strong understanding of safety practices in high-risk environments (WHS knowledge). Benefits Work/life balance: 9day fortnight with a regular rostered day off (RDO).
