Posted Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 5:00 AM Location: Newington, NSW 2127 We are seeking a reliable Warehouse & Logistics Officer to support endtoend warehouse operations within a regulated healthcare environment. This is a handson role combining order fulfilment, inventory control, logistics coordination and physical warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities Pick/pack orders ensuring accurate lot, serial and quantity matching Transact and close orders in EBS Book and track local and international shipments (AU/NZ & global) Liaise with couriers to resolve delays, damages and shipping issues Update internal teams on shipment status Receipt, locate and manage stock including temperaturecontrolled items Conduct cycle counts, inventory adjustments and expiry stock management Perform manual handling tasks including pallet work, trolley loading and stock movement Maintain housekeeping, WHS compliance and mandatory training About You Previous warehouse or logistics experience Strong attention to detail (serialised & expirycontrolled stock) Experience with warehouse systems (EBS highly regarded) Confident with Excel and Outlook Physically fit and safetyfocused What We Offer 4 weeks paid annual leave 12% employer contribution to the employees nominated super fund Supportive team environment Training and development opportunities EEO Statement: Natus Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
